Berserker Ranch Dip

1 oz. packet Ranch Dip Mix, 1-8oz. Cream Cheese Block, 1 1/2 c. Sour Cream, 2 teaspoons Berserker Blend

*Beat cream cheese, Ranch packet, and Berserker Blend until smooth. Add sour cream and blend until fully mixed. Serve
with crackers, chips, fresh veggies, or as a sandwich or burger spread.

Hygge Shake Recipies

Creamy Parmesan Corn

2 c. Frozen Corn, thaw & drain

1/4 c. Sour Cream

1/4 c. Mayonnaise

2 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese, shredded

1 teaspoon Hygge Shake

*Serve cold or heated with crackers, chips, or crostini. Also a great side dish. Option: Add 2 Tablespoons of snipped green onion &/or diced Red Bell pepper.    

HYGGE POULTRY SEASONING

Rinse thawed poultry, pat dry, and brush

Skin with melted butter. Rub

Generously with the Hygge mixture below:

*Combine 1/4 c. Hygge, 1 teaspoon each Sage & Parsley, 1/2 teaspoon each Rosemary, Thyme, & Marjoram,

1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg (& 1/8 teaspoon Porcini Powder, optional).

HYGGE (Maid-Rite) SANDWICHES

1 pound Ground Beef – brown &
drain

1 Tablespoon flour

1 teaspoon Hygge Shake

1/4 Teaspoon Mustard Powder

1/4 Cup water

1/2 teaspoon Beef bullion (Better Than
Bullion)

*Brown & drain ground
beef. Sprinkle flour and spices over meat, stir until mixed, then add water and bullion. Mix and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Serve on a bun with yellow mustard, pickles, and cheese.

Also great as a base for BBQ’s-
just top with your favorite BBQ sauce!

HYGGE MEATBALLS

1 1/2 pounds Ground Beef

1 egg

1 Tablespoon each Parmesan, breadcrumbs

2 teaspoons Hygge Shake

*Mix well. Shape into desired sized meatballs. Bake at 350’ for 10-12 min. (small) or 15-18 min. for larger ones. Can also be pan fried until browned and fully cooked.

Longhouse Recipies

Longhouse Maple Bacon Jam

1 pound Thick cut Bacon, cut in 1/2 Inch pieces

2 Tablespoons Bacon Fat reserved

1 lg. onion (yellow or Vidalia), diced

3 Tablespoons each: vinegar, brown sugar, Maple syrup

1 Tablespoon Longhouse Mix

*Sauté bacon in nonstick pan until browned and crispy. Remove bacon onto paper towels. Use 2 T. of the bacon fat to sauté onions until soft, 8-10 min. Add brown sugar, vinegar, maple syrup, and Longhouse Mix. Cook over medium heat 5 min, then add crispy bacon, stir and simmer for 15-20 min. Cool and place in a glass jar. Refrigerate.

*Use on cheeseburgers, grilled ham &
cheese, or as a garnish for cream cheese.
